Step 1 – Understand your needs
It all starts with a conversation. We discuss your business, your goals, and your constraints.
The idea is to understand what you want to automate or improve.
This moment is also an opportunity to ask the right questions… and sometimes to rethink the need together.
Step 2 – Framing & Prototyping
On this basis, we frame the project: key functionalities, available data, tools to connect (Make, Airtable, Voiceflow, etc.).
We are creating an interactive prototype that you can quickly test.
This phase lasts between 7 and 10 days maximum, to validate the foundations without delay.
Step 3 – Developing your tools
Once the prototype is validated, we move on to creating your final solution.
We implement the necessary tools, automate repetitive tasks and adapt each element to your preferences.
Intermediate versions are offered to you as you progress to validate each step.
Step 4 – Testing, adjustments & validation
We are launching the first tests in real conditions.
You give us your feedback, we adjust if necessary (behavior, business logic, texts, deadlines, etc.).
The goal: for everything to be smooth, efficient and without surprises before commissioning.
Delivery & support
Once the solution is validated, it is delivered and put into service.
We provide you with the documentation and remain available for adjustments, continuous integration or support.
